Counselling
When we allow ourselves to be truly heard and seen, something begins to shift and often, what’s been waiting beneath the surface starts to emerge. This process can lead to meaningful change, greater self-awareness and a renewed sense of direction.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about walking alongside you as you explore, understand and grow – with insight, compassion, and support.
What I offer
I offer a warm, collaborative space built around your unique experience and needs.
Whether you’re processing grief, struggling with identity, managing anxiety, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, counselling can help you make sense of it all.
Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what matters, reclaiming what’s been lost and discovering new ways for you to feel connected again.
I also provide an empathic environment where you can speak freely and be truly heard – without judgment, without agenda.
As a person-centred practitioner at my core, I believe in meeting you with compassion, respect, and authenticity. You are the expert of your experience – my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your story with curiosity and care.
How I work
I practise in an integrative way, which means I draw from four main approaches, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to suit your individual needs.
Together, we can explore –
- Repeated patterns that no longer serve you
- Emotional discomfort rooted in self-worth and identity
- Life transitions or decisions that feel confusing or painful
- Relationship dynamics and how you connect with others
My role is to support you in gaining deeper self-awareness so that you can reconnect with your own inner strengths and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.
