Hi, I’m Liz, a fully qualified integrative therapist working with adults and young people (11+).
I currently work as a counsellor with adult clients through a private agency and young people within a local secondary school setting. My background includes experience in the emergency services and foster care – both of which have shaped my understanding of crisis, resilience and the importance of compassionate support.


Qualifications –
- CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling – currently studying
- CPCAB Level 4 Integrative Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
- CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Level 1 Certificate in Counselling Skills

Professional Standards & Safeguarding
As an NCPS Accredited counsellor, I adhere to the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice. I receive regular clinical supervision and hold full professional insurance, in line with NCPS guidelines for best practice.
Ongoing Learning
I’m committed to continuing professional development and regularly attend training and workshops to expand and enrich my therapeutic approach. This helps me stay responsive to the evolving needs of my clients.
Safety & Trust
I hold a DBS certificate for working with children (enhanced) and adults, ICO registered (data protection) and maintain full professional insurance. This ensures a safe, supportive environment for every client I work with.
